The following terms and conditions have been created to be fair and binding to both current and prospective clients and Garrett Jay Creative. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering. These are the most current terms and are in effect based on the time of your order. Please note that they are subject to change. You acknowledge and confirm that you’re aware of them and agree to them when you place your order with us.

When you add a wall art to your shopping cart it’s available for you to review. Once you click the “Buy now” button you’re sending the details of your order and making it a binding agreement to purchase these items. We then accept your order upon receipt and send you a confirmation e-mail.

Production Times

For metal prints: Made to order production time for metal prints is currently 5-7 business days during off-peak peak times, but longer during peak times (Winter/Spring).  For a faster production time for metal wall art, you can choose rush service (currently 2-4 business days) when you checkout at an added cost of 10%. You can always reach out to us before ordering to get a current estimated production time for your order.

For canvas prints: Made to order production time is typically 3-5 business days. If you need it faster, please ask us if rush production is available.

For acrylic prints: Made to order production time is typically 6-8 business days. If you need it faster, please ask us if rush production is available.

For pearl paper prints: Made to order production time is typically 3-4 business days. If you need it faster, please ask us if rush production is available.

Shipping

Currently, you’ll receive FREE packaging and shipping for all orders over $200 within the contiguous U.S. Please contact us to obtain the shipping cost to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping time for metail prints once your art has been completed and packaged is typically 1-2 days in Florida and 2-5 days for the rest of the contiguous United States. For canvas prints typically 3-5 days. For acrylic prints 3-5 days. For pearl prints 3-10 days.

International orders may be arranged. To see if it’s possible and what the cost would be for packaging and shipping, please contact us. Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and fees charged by the country where the artwork is delivered.

Do You Accept Returns?

We strive to do as much as we can to have you as a happy customer for life. With that in mind, please understand that every wall art order is custom produced for you, so we can’t simply accept a return like Amazon or other large companies.  Under extraordinary circumstances, if a return is requested and approved, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price paid.

Refunded amounts will be credited back to the original payment method once the returned artwork in its original packaging has been received back to the address we provide. The item(s) must be sent within 15 calendar days after the day your refund has been approved. In preparing your new wall art for shipping, extreme care, superior packaging materials and years of experience are combined so that it arrives safe and sound. In the unlikely event that your package appears damaged, please take photos and send them to us immediately via e-mail so a claim can be filed for a replacement.

Certificate of Authenticity

For limited edition wall art, Garrett Jay Creative will send the purchaser a Certificate of Authenticity which will include the name of the artwork, the edition details and Garrett Jay’s signature. This will be sent separately via regular mail after your order ships. In the unlikely event of a return, the Certificate of Authenticity must also be returned to receive a refund.

Retention of Title

Garrett Jay Creative retains title to the artwork until full payment has been received. In the unlikely event of a return, the title reverts back to Garrett Jay Creative.

Liability

The liability of Garrett Jay Creative is limited to the item’s purchase price.

No Granting of Rights

By purchasing printed photography or digital wall art from Garrett Jay Creative you are only acquiring material ownership of the physical print. No other rights are granted or implied. Any reproduction, dissemination, leasing, public exhibition or other analogue or digital use is not permitted unless authorized and agreed to in writing in advance by Garrett Jay Creative. Of course you can resell the physical art you’ve purchased at any time once it’s owned by you.

Unless otherwise stated, Garrett Jay Creative and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on GarrettJay.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access GarrettJay.com for your personal use only and subject to the following:
