Shipping Information
Shipping time for metail prints once your art has been completed and packaged is typically 1-2 days in Florida and 3-5 days for the rest of the contiguous United States. For canvas prints typically 3-5 days. For acrylic prints 3-5 days. For pearl prints 3-10 days.
FREE shipping for all orders over $200 within the contiguous U.S. Please contact us to obtain the shipping cost to Alaska or Hawaii.
International orders may be arranged. To see if it’s possible and what the cost would be for packaging and shipping, please contact us. Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and fees charged by the country where the artwork is delivered.
Production Times
For metal prints: Made to order production time for metal prints is 5-7 business days currently during off-peak times, but during peak times (Winter/Spring) it can be 10-15 days. For a faster production time for metal wall art, you can choose rush service (currently 2-4 business days) when you checkout at an added cost of 10%. You can always reach out to us before ordering to get a current estimated production time for your order.
For canvas prints: Made to order production time is typically 3-5 business days. If you need it faster, please ask us if rush production is available.

Beautiful, Accurate Colors, But…
Garrett Jay Creative and other seasoned creative professionals use color calibrated monitors and software to manage and achieve accurate and beautiful colors. Unfortunately, cellphone, tablet, and computer screens are not color calibrated for color accuracy.
However, for some screens and for certain colors there may not be much of a difference between what you’re viewing and the more color accurate wall art.
